What payment methods do you accept?

LiberalStyle accepts PAYPAL, most major Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay

What currency is used online?

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Do you ship Worldwide?

LiberalStyle definitely ships worldwide!!!

Shipping Info?

LiberalStyle ships using Australia Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Depending on where your order is being shipped to will determine delivery time frames. For more information regarding shipping time frames please read here.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order online using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you receive when your order has been shipped.

What is your refund policy?

If you receive a product that is not as described or not the product you ordered, we will offer a full refund or store credit at our discretion. Please inform us within 7 days by email at liberalstyle@outlook.com and await a reply.  Once approved for return, please return the item to:

All shipping costs to return the item to LiberalStyle are the customers own costs.
If initial contact is made after 7 days of receiving your item from LiberalStyle, store credit for the value of the item will be given provided the item is in original and unused condition with all tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you are unhappy with the your item, please inform us immediately by email at liberalstyle@outlook.com.  This initial contact must be made within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are not offered.  If you would like to return your item for store credit, provided this is approved by LiberalStyle, once item is received back to LiberalStyle HQ this will be arranged at the discretion of management.

Faulty items?

At LiberalStyle we pride ourselves on selling quality products.  When packaging for shipping, we ensure we check over all items for quality.  However, as we are human, if a piece does slip through that is not in perfect condition, please inform us immediately by email at liberalstyle@outlook.com. Once the item has been received by and approved as faulty, a store credit will be arranged and details emailed to the customer.  
NOTE: This does not include items damaged during shipping, and any return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Damaged goods?

At LiberalStyle, we take great care when preparing your order for shipping. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for goods damaged during shipping.

How do I return my goods?

All approved items for return must be received at LiberalStyle within 7 days of the customer receiving a return approval email.  The item must be in original and unused condition, with all tags attached. If the item is not in such condition you will not be offered a refund and the item will not be returned to you.

Do you offer refunds or store credit on sale items?

We do not offer store credit or refund on sale items.  All sales are final for any discounted products.
